Our visit to Sintra was one of the highlights of our stay in Portugal. Estela was the guide that led us on this amazing journey. Ivo, our driver, is also from Lisbon and had a wealth of stories and knowledge about the area as well. The two of them added so much to our experience.
Estela was an excellent guide. Seeing the beauty of Pena Palace, the Royal Summer Palace and Biester Palace through the knowledgeable eyes of an Art Historian made our day so much more meaningful and enjoyable. Estela also tailored the day ‘on the fly’, adjusting our schedule to work around the weather and crowds to ensure that we had a wonderful experience.
Both my husband and I learned so much about the history of this special place. Seeing the sights though the lens of an expert in the local history and arts added so much to our experience. The stories and details she shared with us were fantastic.
